Pott's Coffee House proudly offers small-batch bottled beverages shipped fresh with insulated packaging and cold gel packs to help maintain quality during transit.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days and shipped via 1–3 day priority shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Since our products are perishable, we strongly recommend refrigerating all items immediately upon delivery.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive refrigerated packages when possible. Potts Coffee House is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or packages left unattended after delivery.

At this time, shipping availability may vary based on weather conditions and destination to ensure product quality and safety.

Shipping is an additional charge. There is an option in the products for the additional fee. Please choose it when placing the pre-order. Two day shipping is $160 and overnight is $400. If a longer shipping option is chosen then the coffees will be shipped with the syrups and espresso only and the milk additive options will be included with the rest of the inserts (i.e. refrigeration and shelf life).
